If you have any concerns about your reclaimed furniture, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Our team is here to assist you promptly. While we endeavor for you to love your new furniture, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we will do our best to address your concerns. If a resolution cannot be reached or if you’ve had a change of heart, we can arrange a collection and refund for a fee of £99, covering collection and restocking costs. Collection times may vary based on delivery routes.
Our products carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer guarantee against manufacturing defects. Damages from misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear are not covered. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, free of charge. Contact us within the guarantee period for assistance. Refer to our Terms & Conditions for detailed information.
To assist with evaluating and resolving concerns, please send us photos and/or videos showing the furniture’s condition and any reported issues.
Refunds:
Accepted returns will be processed within 3 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for security purposes.
