This is the first review I have ever left for a product I have purchased, but I am so delighted with my beautiful table, bench and chairs and the fantastic communication from Carrie I felt the need to. I was looking for a reclaimed wooden table and bench for ages and came across Heyl Interiors, they made it all so easy, I chose a particular table top I fell in love with, I was able to choose which legs I wanted and also had the table waxed which gave it a beautiful finish, plus they delivered it on the agreed date. Carrie held my hand the whole way and answered my numerous emails immediately which I have not experienced as a customer before.The table, bench and chairs have totally changed my kitchen which has now become the hub of my home.I definitely recommend Heyl Interiors, go for it, you will not be disappointed.

We were re-doing our living/dining space and looking for a unique dining table and bench set. We were able to mix/match and choose the table top and legs that went with it. The order was for a parquet (herringbone) table and matching bench top with XX legs. The communication was excellent with periodic progress updates and pictures of the furniture after each stage. One of the down-sides of custom made furniture is that you may not know what the end product might look like. The periodic communication with photos helped ensure that the product being created is to the customer's taste, allowing room for any corrections during the process of the build itself.We did request a couple of changes along the way and the team were very accommodating. Customer satisfaction seems to be of prime importance to the Heyl team.Also, delivery dates and times are informed well in advance and are honoured without any delays. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Would recommend.

Heyl Interiors were very easy to deal with and their service was excellent all the way through from first contacting them, to delivering the items we purchased. Hey are absolutely AMAZING! This is the second time that I have purchased from Heyl and I couldn't be happier. The first item was a dining table and bench which we purchased a year ago and get non stop compliments from guests. The second is a custom made bar for our terrace which we absolutely love. Some people say they had a good customer service, and it was true until problems happened. Problems happened and her attitude completely changed.I ordered a custom bench and table, and the bench didn't fit my dining space because she made a wrong size bench. She knew she was unable to do a proper job, but she cut 10cm down here, which is very unprofessional. After problems happened, she made at least two lies, and I was disappointed by her dishonesty. She always blamed me for her mistakes and no apologize for that. And I told her exactly what I was adviced by a consumer advicer, and she said I was rude. No manner to talk to customers. She always said excuses to justify herself, and all excuses missed the points. She asked me to consider her, but no consideration for customers. I had a inconvenience life until the defect items were collected and I was very stressed out to keep the items in my dining space.Also her delivery schedule was very disorganized, and I needed to chase her to give me a date to collect defect items. I gave her extra 11 days to give me refund, but no appreciation for that. She does not mind breaking a British law, which says the refund has to be made within 14 days from the date she said she gave me refund. I had an extremely bad, horrible and terrible experience with this company. No apologize at all for all this troubles.

I found Heyl Interiors from word of mouth - a house I was viewing had a beautiful dining table that had aged really nicely. I ordered a slightly different one from the website, whereby Jade contacted me straight away to arrange delivery dates. She was very accommodating with times and dates and was always cheerful & friendly.Ashley delivered the table bright & early, assembled it quickly with no hassle. He was really nice to chat to & did a brilliant job of explaining the product to me (how it’s made, the finishing process etc). I absolutely love my table, thanks so much!

Once again the furniture we received is fantastic. We ordered a selection of table a few years ago and these were always a talking point in our old house. We recently bought a new house and needed to order some new furniture including a dining table and benches, coffee table and bespoke bathroom cabinet. Communication with Jade and the team is great and they are so accommodating. Delivery was always as promised and the quality of the furniture is second to none. Their products are beautifully designed, environmentally sourced and expertly created. Approximate delivery time was 6-8 weeks. Thats a lie. I finally got a delivery date after chasing several times. Delivery was scheduled for Friday 12.30 - 3-30pm. I took a day off work to be home. Till now I have not heard from Heylinteriors. Really poor customer service. No one answers their phones.No product to review.

We ordered a x frame table in reclaimed wood in a bespoke size that wasn't listed on the website. We chose Heyl after a recommendation from a family member and were not disappointed. Jade was very helpful, guiding us through the process and making sure the piece we got was exactly what we wanted. All communications were prompt and clear and our expectations were set for expected timescales. The table is just what we wanted, it is a real statement, it finished our room perfectly and is excellent quality. Amazing service from Jade and Jamie at Heyl Interiors. I ordered a dining table and my questions before placing the order were answered super fast, along with my query on how to pay as I don't have paypal.Jade was great when trying to arrange the delivery at my convenience and I was given a 2 hour delivery slot.The table was delivered (and assembled!) yesterday and I couldn't be happier. It's even better than I was hoping! The quality is fantastic and it looks perfect in my room. For a hand built item it was great value, I can't recommend Heyl highly enough. I am already thinking about a shelving unit for the same room.

Fantastic service from first contact until delivered to my front door. I ordered a bespoke reclaimed sink unit. Due to where I live delivery was a little trickier thsn usual but this was no problem for Heyl Interiors. Amazing service from my first email enquiring, through to the delivery. I ordered a bespoke vanity unit and shelf for my new bathroom and they are just perfect, can’t thank Heyl enough! I was able to chose the sizing, get a certain finish on the wood so it could be in the bathroom and also add unique accessories such as a towel rail and gold brackets for the shelf - so that everything was exactly how I wanted it to be able to fit in with the rest of the bathroom design. Jade and the team were absolutely fantastic every step of the way.We went with Heyl Interiors firstly because- after searching the internet high and low- they offered products that were not available elsewhere, and offer fair, competitive prices for anything that is vaguely similarly available elsewhere. We searched for a long time to find the right company, and Heyl Interiors delivers on everything we wanted with professionalism and ease.The communication was easy from the beginning, and the team were gracious and attentive at meeting a proposed delivery deadline we suggested.
